I don’t understand. Are those gestures for God, to show how loyal they are? As in, “I’m giving up something I love to prove my dedication to what I think you want,” or is it supposed to move me? Like I would be so touched by your SUFFERING (poor you, no Dr. Pepper until the day you die) that I would not get an abortion if I needed one? I know it’s completely nonsensical but they’re like, prehistoric and I like to think that each one is millions of years old.
